Authors of accepted papers must complete registration and payment by the deadline. Failure to complete registration may result in the paper not being scheduled or submitted for publication.
At least one (1) author of each accepted paper must register and complete payment.
Each registration covers the presentation of one paper and provides access to all conference sessions.

AMICT 2026 registration payment is made through the Universiti Malaysia Sabah online payment portal.
Proceed to UMS ePaymentPayment may be made using a credit or debit card.
Under Payment Info, select:
Complete the payment using your credit or debit card and verify that the transaction is successful.
Download or save your payment receipt. You will need to attach it when completing your registration.
Complete the registration form according to the instructions provided in the email: “AMICT2026: Payment and Registration Information for Paper ID XX” .
IEEE applies a strict no-show policy. One author, or an authorised representative, must present the paper at the conference. A paper whose presenter does not attend, without valid prior notification to the Secretariat, will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore, and no refund of the fee paid may be claimed.
The Conference Organiser is not responsible for a participant's failure to attend, whether directly or indirectly caused by visa refusal, civil disturbance, disease, or any other condition beyond the Organiser's control. The registration fee is not refundable on these grounds.
