Please read the cancellation policy and exclusion of liability before registering and making payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Must be notified via email to the Conference Secretariat (email: amict2025@ums.edu.my).
- All banking charges must be borne by the registrant.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the conference (on or before 5 November 2025) are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Any applicable bank charges will be borne by the registrant.
- No refund will be made for cancellation or no-show after 05 November 2025.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application denial, riots, diseases, or any conditions beyond the control of the Conference Organizer. Thus, the conference .
registration fee will not be refunded.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Please take note that
IEEE has a strict policy on No-Show. Therefore, if your paper is accepted, one of the authors OR their representatives
MUST PRESENT their paper at the conference. Papers with no-show participants without a valid reason
will not be submitted to IEEExplore.
NO REFUND of the paid fees may be claimed by the no-show author.

- Papers that are not registered by 1st November 2025 will be excluded from the conference and will not be submitted for publication in the conference proceeding.
